Senior Building Performance Analyst

We are currently hiring two Senior Building Performance Analysts who will be responsible for overseeing and executing energy modeling and analysis work with minimal oversight. They will also be responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, organizing and effectively utilizing junior level staff to complete assigned projects. These positions can be located near any US Integral office but preferred locations are Los Angeles, New York City and Oakland. Responsibilities Responsible and accountable for completing assigned projects with required level of quality, on schedule and on budget independently with minimal guidance from the Team Leader or Project Manager Responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule Responsible for proposal, qualifications, and project fee development Manage client relationships Provide project resourcing and financial planning to successfully execute projects for the team Delegate modeling and analysis tasks to junior staff, as required Provide mentoring and coaching to junior staff Apply knowledge of thermal comfort criteria and multitude of standards for feedback and analysis Provide thorough guidance and quality control for complex analysis, building performance modeling, and existing building audits Plan and lead site audits for complex buildings Outline, develop, and author reports and presentations Prepare and present analysis, reports, and other documents for internal and/or external client use Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline Master's Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset Minimum 5 years of experience in building systems engineering, building physics, thermodynamics and advanced building energy analysis Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical, problem solving, and modeling skills Excellent presentation skills; capable of story-boarding complex issues into digestible presentations for a variety of audiences, particularly high-level client audiences LEED AP, BEMP, or CEMP are preferred Integral Group is an equal opportunity employer and we prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type as protected by federal, state, or local laws. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
