Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees - Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including OSHA standards - Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving employee engagement and retention - Administer HR systems and tools, such as Workday, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), contract management systems, ADP, Oracle, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft - Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement training programs for employees - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization - Manage the annual HR budget and monitor expenses Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and make data-driven decisions - Proficiency in using HR software systems such as Homebase, Workday, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), contract management systems, ADP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Knowledge of budgeting processes related to HR functions Note:
