- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues or complaints - Assist with reservations and manage the booking system - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Perform data entry, billing & clerical tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of personal assistant duties, calendar management, and customer support - Experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office is a plus - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite We offer competitive pay.
