Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team.
The Legal Assistant will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist with various tasks related to legal case management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize legal documents, including filing and indexing - Maintain and update legal case management systems - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates for attorneys - Prepare correspondence, memos, and other legal documents - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with project management tasks as assigned - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person - Provide general administrative support to the legal team - Prepare Binders for Court Hearings, Depositions and Mediation - Prepare Document Production Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role - Proficiency in a legal case management software - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the law and a desire to contribute to a dynamic legal team, we encourage you to apply.
