-Experience working with contracts and legal documents.
Required Experience and
Qualifications:
- Quick learner
- 5 years minimum administrative/support experience, experience supporting multiple people -preferred.
- Experience in fast paced and high volume environment.
- Experience working directly with high level executives
- Works well under pressure
- Team player
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity
- Well-organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- 100% Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent phone etiquette
Responsibilities include:
- Rapid and professional responses to requests
- Provide daily support to high volume Franchise Development and Legal Department
- Act as liaison between Franchise Development Department & Franchisees
- Schedule and facilitate communication
- Execute initiatives to propel business development
