Our Encino based client is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to address various end-user helpdesk support requests coming into their office from client sites.
Skills:
3
years experience in IT focused on network support and troubleshooting
Strong communication and people skills
Strong organizational and detail oriented skills with a significant sense of urgency
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well as part of a team and interact well with individuals at all levels of the organization
Knowledge and experience with MS-Windows Server and MS-Windows Workstation operating systems
Knowledge and experience with MS-Exchange Server, MS-SQL Server, and MS-Terminal Server
Knowledge and experience with WAN concepts, VPN's, switches, routers, firewalls, etc
Ability to prioritize conflicting demands to timely and effectively address and resolve end-user HelpDesk issues
