Lead Solar Installer

To support the installation of multiple upcoming commercial solar projects, there is a need for a Lead Electrician. This person will be one of the more important people on our team. We are seeking someone with experience in a lead role or the natural ability to lead and manage people. Your role with us will consist of leading our roof bound installation team. Your experience in solar installations will be key to the entire teams success. If you have experience in this type of role we encourage you to apply. For the right candidate this is a long-term position with high monetary upside with the ability to grow within the company and electrical trade.
Qualifications and
Responsibilities:

Prior solar installation experience
Strong work ethic
Ability to lead a team
Team player
Quick Learner

Physical Demands/Requirements:
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Full range of mobility in upper and lower body;
Full driving license
Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time;
Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks;
Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday;

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
