DRIVER / OFFICE SUPPORT (Encino)
We are a well established Workers Compensation Lien Collection Office located in Encino. We are currently seeking an Class C Driver/ Office Support to assist our Administrative Staff in completing various projects.
The Driver/Office Support we are seeking must be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace while always being able to occupy yourself with new tasks and projects as needed. You must also be a team player with a solid work ethic who is always prompt, on time and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance. It will also be important that you display exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational skills. You must also be articulate, have strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Duties will Include:
Misc. Errands
Performing wide range of office and clerical duties.
Operating Office equipment such as computers, scanners, fax machines, copies, phone system, plus misc. other functions.
Computer familiarity for word processing, entry, plus misc. reports, tasks, and duties.

Qualifications:
o Clean Driving Record
o Class C License
o Reliable driving skills
o Must be familiar with the San Fernando Valley area
o Must maintain clean driving record and valid driver's license as a continuing condition of employment
o Provide Current copy of DMV Printout
Full Time Position. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm with some O.T.
compensation: D.O.E (Full Benefit Package- Vision, Dental, Life, Medical, and Vacation)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
