Encino, CA Modis Burbank is looking for a IT Service Coordinator(Dispatch) professional, for a great client in the San Fernando Valley area.
This role provides daily customer support for end clients and also works heavily with deploying technicians to client sites.
The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable in a dynamic fast paced environment and needs to be comfortable with working with multiple clients.

Looking for a IT Dispatcher to help us manage service resources in our San Fernando Valley office.
Our IT Dispatchers are responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries by email and phone - Creating service tickets in our ticketing system - Scheduling service calls for our customers - Interacting with our service engineers to solve problems The ideal candidate will have:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Desire to provide top-notch customer service - Ability to be effective and organized in a fast-paced team environment.
