Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

The Oracle Cloud Business Governance & Planning ProgramEngagement Team has an immediate opening for a new team member to support our infrastructuregrowth initiatives. The candidate will own and manage the development of oursupplier lifecycle management programs and set the rhythm of business for thenetwork engineering organization. They will have full ownership of the businessoperations plan for vendor management and will ensure that all networkinfrastructure teams supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure are engaged andcontributing to this program. There is a heavy focus on data standardization,KPI and metrics management, and on working across multiple teams within Oracleincluding Engineering, Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Strategic Acquisitionand Planning, Data Center and Network Operations, and FinancialOperations.
The ideal candidate has up to 10 years of experience in networking programmanagement, technical program management, plus experience managing complex networkingprojects at scale, and is familiar and comfortable with hardware supply chain. Thecandidate is an exceptionally strong communicator both written and verbally. Theideal candidate will be familiar with planning and acquiring assets acrossmultiple regions globally, understand how cloud providers like Oracleinteroperate with other telecommunications, data center, hardware and materialsoperators globally, and have a background working on high visibility programsand projects. Supplier relationship management and the ability to navigateconversations with C-level members of our supplier and Oracle teams is arequirement for any candidate interested in applying for the role.

BASICQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s Degree or up to 10 years industry experience innetworking, vendor performance management, or network acquisition (experiencecan be substituted for degree)
Experience in core project management disciplines includingscope, schedule, budget, forecasting, quality, along with risk and criticalpath management.
Must be well organized and able to work effectively in anambiguous environment and love building programs from the ground up
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence),Slack
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, communication,consultative, and presentation skills

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Master s Degree or advanced professional degree
Data Center, networking engineering, systems engineeringbackground and demonstrated excellence
Supplier management, negotiations, and network acquisition andstrategy
Understanding of global networking technologies to include IPTransit, Dark Fiber, wavelengths, IRUs, peering, hardware, structured cabling,and data centers
Experience in management of complex technology infrastructureprojects at scale
Experience in working for or with global cloud service providers
Experience with and deep understanding of program managementmethodologies
Responsibilities
Manage internal and external vendor relations within OperationsDepartment.
Perform as functional bridge amongst internal vendor managers aswell as internal stakeholders.
Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working withexternal vendors and internal employees specific to OCI networking
Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessmentand continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to improvevendors.
Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performancewith the PMO in Networking
Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management asrequired.
Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closelywith all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
Identify and implement continuously enhance efficienciesassociated with vendor management plus product fulfillment.
Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods andpolicies for applying vendors.
Ensure to collaborate with IT areas to assure vendor partnerseffectively manage plus contracts are completely leveraged.
Prepare processes for as well as manage analysis, selection andtransition.
Monitor contractual agreements for all IT function s vendors.
Stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasingoperational efficiency in entire business partner processes.
Support to explore expansion across new business lines.
