Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is a key contributor within Answer Financial. You will take a lead role in evaluating the Company's performance and find ways to help the Company profitably grow in both existing and new businesses. The multifaceted nature of this role will also require you to interact extensively with executive management across the Company. Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities: Drive ongoing monitoring, reporting and assessment of the Company's performance with respect to financial, operational and strategic goals and initiatives Evaluate the financial impact of current businesses and new business opportunities (including pro forma financial modeling and IRR/NPV analyses) Be a key driver of the Company's annual financial planning process Prepare key financialreports, analyses and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors Be a thought leader by identifying and championing opportunities to maximize the Company's growth and financial performance Develop business cases to support executive decision-making and provide analytical support of pricing and expense reduction decisions Qualifications: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (well versed in complex modeling, pivot tables, macros and charts), PowerPoint and Word Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, in particular, understanding key financial and operating drivers of the business Well versed in various valuation and statistical methodologies Energetic and entrepreneurial approach and a strong attention to detail Flexibility to perform and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or similar. MBA preferred but not required 5+ years of investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, corporate development, or strategy experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
